If paying for an order by post it is important that your print out a copy of your order and include with payment, or provide your order number if this is agreed in advance.
Please Note: Cheques, Postal Order or Bank Drafts from outside Ireland (26) are not accepted due to additional banking charges.
Credit Card: To pay directly by credit card, phone 086 8673380 – (outside Ireland +353 86 8673380) – with your order details and we will process your order over the phone. You can also email your order to us by clicking here and we’ll call you back for card details. Our card transactions are securely processed by Square.
Returns: Items ordered directly from the website or by phone are covered by a 14 day cooling off period (under EU Distance Selling regulations) within which you may cancel the item and receive a full refund. This does not apply to items that have been engraved. If the item has already been dispatched then you are under obligation to return it at your own liability for the cancellation to stand, and you refund will be less our shipping costs. Orders made in person are not covered by any such statutory cooling off period.
